Welcome to RWH & Prayer Blog... WOW! I never thought this would ever happen, but the time is NOW. In this Monthly Blog, I will share the revelation of the Word God has given me to deepen our relationship with God and elevate our prayer journey. The Book of Exodus, we are focusing on the Tabernacle.
As I sit here and write my first Blog, I am reminded of the GPS we have used at some point in traveling. We use because we want to know if we are going N, S, E, W. In 12/2022 started writing and I can not tell you why I stopped. I am repenting while I am writing, because obedience is bettr than sacrifice.
Join Relationship with HIM & Prayer journey to another level. In the Book of Exodus we are taking a trip through the Tabernacle to God's Presence; The Outer Courtyard (Body), The Holy Place(Soul), and The Holy of Holies(Spirit).
The Bible is our guide, map and blueprint, because we will all take different paths but His promises are Yes & Amen!
Part 1:
The Outer Courtyard (Body)
- Scriptural Reference: Exodus 27:9-19
- Focus:
- The Altar of Burnt Offering: Representing sacrifice and atonement (Exodus 27:1-8).
- The Bronze Basin: Symbolizing cleansing and purification (Exodus 30:17-21).
- Application: Discuss the importance of physical actions in our spiritual journey, such as fasting, praying, and worship.
Here is a visual for your study time.
The Holy Tabernacle. The three parts of the Tabernacle and its objects symbolize the three main parts of man and its functions. The Outer Court symbolizes the body, the Holy Place represents the soul and the Holy of Holies symbolizes the spirit. Image source: Bezalel Studio-Tabernacle VR Project (tabernaclevr.com).
